Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
we do not accept returns unless your item is faulty or there is an issue with your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work to make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Refund & Replacement Policy
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that administration charges will be deducted from all approved refunds. These may include transaction fees, card processing fees, and courier costs incurred during the initial order.
Faulty Items
We offer replacements only for faulty items. If both parties do not agree on a replacement, a return will be considered under the standard refund process, and admin charges will apply as outlined above.
If a replacement is agreed upon, it will be sent at no additional delivery cost to you.
We truly understand the inconvenience returns may cause. However, as a small business in our early stages, we are unable to offer free returns or absorb associated costs at this time. We appreciate your understanding and support.
